We are passionate about creating places where people love to spend time.

The Crossroads District will connect the Mississippi State campus with the Cotton District, and Downtown Starkville for the first time ever. This new district will have a beautiful new hotel, and a healthy mixture of retail and residential that mimic the comfortable scale of its surroundings. There will be iconic views of the proposed Ulysses S. Grant Library, Davis Wade Stadium, and Dudy Noble from different vantage points, and a land bridge that will complete the physical connection between the Town & Gown.

Over the last year, our team has collaborated with the leaders of Mississippi State University and the MSU Foundation to develop a master plan and vision for The Crossroads District. It has been a true privilege to facilitate this process to connect all of these places that we love.
