THE BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESS requires involvement from our team to take our construction plans and solicit pricing proposals from qualified contractors. Once bids are received, we will organize those bids and present them to the client with a recommendation.

Once a contract is awarded, we issue the contractor a Notice to Proceed. After they are mobilized, we will check in on the project construction periodically to make sure that the contractors are following the plans. Near the completion of the project, we will issue a punch list to the contractor for them to complete prior to the client issuing the final payment to the contractor.
