Clean white lines, Palms, and color changing lights bring a big city feel to the Beach Boulevard Corridor. Our design for the site had challenges in dealing with the coastal environment, shade, and over-water planters.

Some of the specific details included living walls, dune development, and pool deck planters.

After Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast, it was years before anyone would build on the South side of Beach Boulevard. The Island View was one of the first Casinos to take the next step to build back and get its visitors back on the water to enjoy the sites, sounds, and views of the beach.

Our site design takes people through coastal vegetation, to actually get out on the Beach and enjoy the sand and water.
